Hi, I'm Katelynn!

You have no idea how happy I am that you’re here!  I'm an open book, so feel free to reach out and ask me anything you like.  For now, here is a bit about me.

When did you begin shooting?

When I was 22 I was gifted my first “real” DSLR camera.  I can remember the emotions of that day vividly, but I don’t remember the exact date or time I started my business. It all just kind of happened in bits and pieces! Now I am photographing weddings professionally so it’s definitely crazy how much things can change in just a few short years.

What is your photography vision? (Style?)

I love vibrancy, authentic happiness and colors that make your heart happy  Lilly Pulitzer is my favorite brand, so it’s no surprise to me that the same sunshiny quality is what I look for in photos!

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

Staying active, Orange Theory, exploring new cities!

If you had one thing to tell your clients before a shoot what would it be?

Unless you are used to being in front of the camera, you will feel awkward, and it will take a little bit to get somewhat comfortable.  But that is so normal and you should not feel weird or bad about that in any way.  My clients become my friends, and my relationship with them is SO important, so if I can make someone feel beautiful and confident in front of the camera I have done my job.
